Master and Journeymen making knives at relatively cheap prices. Workshop is amazing, so posted pictures. They are not assuming or arrogant at all, and happy to share a coffee and talk about their craft. You really need to visit the worship, see the small forge area, grinders, saws, polishing equipment etc.

Not even in the price Clear recommendation! (Original) Sehr nettes Paar. Das Handwerk wird hier bereits seit vier Generationen ausgeübt. Man wird super beraten und die Handarbeit ist wirklich schön. Alle Fragen werden beantwortet und man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben. Die Preise sind mehr als fair. Jeder der Wert auf gutes Handwerk legt und ein Unikat für seine Küche sucht, sollte sich hier ein Küchenmesser mitnehmen. Ich habe mich wegen der Vielseitigkeit für das große Standardmodell entschieden. Rostfreier Stahl und sehr schön gearbeitet. Da können die maschinengestanzten & -geschliffenen solinger Messer nicht mithalten... Auch nicht im Preis Klare Empfehlung!
